1. Newport Beach Restaurant Week – Newport Beach, CA

We love the use of a passport to support the “Culinary Journey” theme for this year’s event. The advertisement is clean and straightforward, with coloring that is bold, yet consistent and not too overbearing.

2. LA Cookie Con – Anaheim, CA

Weekend of February 10th – 11th, 2018

Join thousands of decorators, bakers, and sweets lovers at the Anaheim Convention Center for the largest sweets convention on the West Coast. If you love all things sweet, salty, and colorful, then LA Cookie Con is the event for you. Both the logo and advertisement for this event hit the bullseye. The logo is clean and modern, and makes use of bright colors and whimsical graphics to support the fun and sweet atmosphere of the event. The promotional design is eye catching, well balanced, and just plain yummy looking!

3. Orange County Food & Wine Festival – Tustin, CA

Saturday, March 4th, 2018.

Enjoy food, wine, and beer from Orange County’s top restaurants, wineries, and breweries, and support a great cause. Event-goers will also be able to participate in silent and live auctions featuring a variety of products. All proceeds from this event go toward organizations providing crucial resources to young people of all ages. The event takes place at the Marconi Automotive Museum and features food and drink for every palette. If you are looking to sample great food and wine, and give back while doing so, we highly recommend you give this event a go. ocfoodandwine.com

We give this promotional work a thumbs up for the simple, bold colors, great use of white space, and the unique graphic that supports the purpose of the event just perfectly.

4. Treat Yourself LA Food Festival – Santa Monica, CA

Saturday, March 17th, 2018. 12 – 4 PM

Treats as far as the eye can see! Join fellow foodies for a day of indulging in the best food that LA has to offer. We love the logo for this event because it is minimal, yet eye catching and explanatory. The advertisement has great balance: one bright color and tons of empty space compliments the collage of eye-catching and unique photos.
